Normally, after the installation of PVcase, its tab should appear in AutoCAD's ribbon under the Add-ins section.
However, in rare cases, you might experience display issues.
If the Roof Mount icon is not visible in the Add-ins section, follow the steps below:
1. Type CUILOAD in the command bar
2. A window will open up. Select PVCASERM and click Unload; then you can close the window.
3. Close and reopen AutoCAD to load the plugin.
This time it should be available in AutoCAD's ribbon.
