Who is PVcase Prospect's US national parcel data provider?
We partner with ReportAll USA, a national parcel data provider, to make it seamless to view parcel boundaries and landowner information throughout the siting process in PVcase Prospect. ReportAll aggregates parcel and ownership information directly from each county.
How many parcels are included in the annual subscription?
As part of signing up for PVcase Prospect, we include up to 250,000 ReportAll parcels for sub-national accounts and 750,000 for nationwide accounts with each year's annual subscription. This allotment will reset each year on the renewal date.
What if my team needs additional data?
If your team needs additional ReportAll parcel data above and beyond the 250,000 or 750,000 (depending on account size) parcels that come with the annual subscription each year, we can work with you to purchase additional parcel data in bulk.
How frequently is the parcel data updated/refreshed?
Our parcel data provider, ReportAll, updates 90% of their data within the last 12 months and 70% of their data within 6 months.
Check out their coverage page here for a list of which counties they cover and when they last refreshed each county's data.
You can also view this data in PVcase Prospect. See the Last Updated column under the parcels tab.
The Last updated column reflects the last updated date as of the time parcels were pulled into the project. This may not align with the date ReportAll last refreshed the data.
What does Unknown Owner or a lack of parcel data mean?
If the county does not supply data for this parcel, then we will not have anything to display. This could happen for a variety of reasons, but most commonly those areas are:
- Public land
- Land that is not taxed
- Some states restrict property information for civil servants
What if I have parcel data saved in a file outside of PVcase Prospect that I'd like to import?
You can import assets via several file types.
These parcels do not count towards the ReportAll parcel allotment.
