Does Zoneomics data include the AHJ (Authorities having jurisdiction)?
AHJ is not an attribute that Zoneomics includes in the API we use to access the data, however, we have surfaced to them that it would be extremely valuable to include that data point in the future.
Does Zoneomics offer Permitted Use?
Zoneomics does have permitted uses data available, however, when we reviewed the data, it did not have any information for renewable development (beyond some residential solar allowances), so we have not subscribed to that data at this time.
Does Zoneomics offer links to ordinances?
While Zoneomics provides links to ordinances in many areas, our review indicated a lack of information concerning renewable development. We believe this is due to solar, wind, and storage ordinances often being separate addendums to the primary ordinances, which means they are not included in the main documents displayed. Therefore, we haven’t subscribed to this particular data.
Other data layers in our catalog may have this information. Search by keyword (Ordinance, Zoning, etc.) to locate additional datasets.
