Having trouble logging into PVcase Prospect? Follow these steps to quickly identify and resolve common login problems.
Forgotten password
If you can’t remember your password:
- Click Forgot password? on the login page.
- Enter your email address and follow the email instructions to reset your password.
Make sure to check your spam folder.
If you’re still not receiving the email, open the login page in an incognito window and click Forgot password? again.
Email address issues
Double-check that you entered your email correctly.
Make sure you are using the email address associated with your PVcase Prospect account.
Account activation email
If you just registered, you’ll need to activate your account via the link sent to your email.
Didn’t receive the activation email? Check your spam folder.
Error message on login page
Try opening the login page in an incognito window in Chrome and enter username and password. If you can login without an error using the fresh link or incognito window, consider updating the bookmark or link that you are using. The best link to use to update your bookmark is a link to the main dashboard (the screen that you are directed to once you log in).
