Having trouble logging into PVcase Prospect? Follow these steps to quickly identify and resolve common login problems.
Forgotten password
If you can’t remember your password:
- Click Forgot password? on the login page.
- Enter your email address and follow the email instructions to reset your password.
Make sure to check your spam folder.
If you’re still not receiving the email, open the login page in an incognito window and click Forgot password? again.
Email address issues
Double-check that you entered your email correctly.
Make sure you are using the email address associated with your PVcase Prospect account.
Error message on login page
Try opening the login page in an incognito window in Chrome and enter your username and password. If you can log in without error using the fresh link or incognito window, update the bookmark or link you are using. The best link to use for your bookmark is the main dashboard (the screen you are directed to after you log in).
