The License Manager is your central portal for monitoring and managing PVcase product licenses—including cloud-based applications (PVcase Yield) and AutoCAD-based tools (PVcase Ground Mount and Roof Mount).
As a Company Admin, you have elevated visibility into license validity, keys, and upcoming renewals across your organization.
How to access license settings
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Team and licenses to open your Workspace settings.
Viewing license information
Each active product line in your workspace includes a Details button located next to the product icon. Click Details to expand the license card and view:
- License Type: Paid or Trial
- Validity Period: Start and end dates
- License Key: Full key with a one-click Copy button
Monitoring license expiration
You can see which PVcase Ground Mount, Roof Mount, and Yield licenses are due to expire (within 45 days or less) or have already expired.
Where expiration alerts appear
- Warning badge on the product icon: A warning symbol appears directly on the product icon to flag licenses that are expiring soon or have already expired.
- Hover tooltip details: Hovering over the warning icon displays the following information:
- Product name (all products)
- Expiration status, such as "expires in 20 days" or "expired 25 days ago" (PVcase Ground Mount and Roof Mount only)
- Notification banner above the license table: A prominent alert message appears above the table to ensure upcoming or overdue renewals aren't overlooked.
