This article guides you through the Portfolio View or homepage in PVcase Prospect. You’ll learn about the Project List, Filters, and Project Details, so you can easily organize and manage all your solar projects.
What you can do from the Portfolio view
- Create a new siting project/siting campaign
- View previously created projects/campaigns
- Zoom in to see individual parcels, substations, and power lines that are part of a project
- Easily jump between active projects in different regions
- Sort, filter, and organize projects or parcels across all regions by project status, stage, primary technology, etc.
- Edit metadata about a project or parcel
- Delete projects or parcels
- View your portfolio from any map in the platform
Open a project from the Portfolio view dashboard map
When zoomed out, you'll see project/campaign locations. As you zoom in, the parcels and grid infrastructure will come into view.
- Click on a project icon on the map to access the link to the project/campaign
Configure Portfolio view columns
Create your own custom view:
- Reorder and/or pin columns by dragging and dropping the column header to the desired location.
- Click on headers to sort by ascending or descending.
- To pin, autosize, or reset columns, hover over a column header and click the hamburger menu to access settings.
To add or remove columns from view:
- Click the plus button above the far right side of the table.
- Scroll through to locate (or search by keyword at the top) to locate desired columns.
- Check the box next to each column to add it to the table view.
Filter projects or parcels on Portfolio view list & map
Below the map, click on either the Projects or Parcels tabs to see data about each project and/or parcel. The map will update in real time to match the filtered list.
Filter by name, region, or attribute.
- Name. Use the QuickFilter field to filter projects or parcels by name.
- Region
- Attribute. Filter off any attribute in the table by clicking the filter button.
To remove filters, click the Reset filters button and confirm.
Edit project or parcel metadata on the Portfolio view list
To modify the details for a specific project or parcel, use the instructions provided in Edit / bulk edit parcel details.
Delete projects or parcels on Portfolio view list
- In the Projects or Parcels tab, apply a filter or check the box(es) next to the project name(s).
- In the Selected (#) dropdown, click Delete Selection.
