With this tool, you can:
- Analyze environmental, regulatory, and infrastructure exclusions and intersections that impact a site's buildability, such as flood zones or economic incentive zones.
- Add custom setbacks around each area type.
- Generate constraint maps that show Exclusion, Intersection, and Overlay Only (informational) areas; setbacks; and buildable areas that are suitable for development.
- Calculate buildable area and Exclusion and Intersection area for every individual parcel and/or site.
Each parcel's analysis typically only takes a few seconds to process — though this can vary based on the size of the parcel and the complexity of the topography of the area. A large-scale project with hundreds of parcels may take a few minutes (~10 minutes), but should still process fairly quickly.
