Run a buildable area analysis on a specific subset of parcels within your project for targeted site evaluation.
Run the analysis on a subset of parcels on a larger project
Select the parcels
- Multi-select click (Windows: Hold down CTRL + click the parcel marker for each parcel you want to select on the map. Mac: Hold down Command + click the parcel marker for each parcel you want to select on the map)
OR
- Polygon-select parcels on map (Map Tools drop down > Select by Polygon > Saved Assets and Drawings > draw polygon around desired parcels to select them in the map selection menu)
Once parcels have been selected, the selections are visible in the Map Selection menu.
Run the analysis on the selections
- Click the See Actions button on the Map Selection menu
- Select Buildable Area (this will bring up the buildable area analysis form)
Run the analysis on a single parcel
- Click the parcel you'd like to run an analysis on
Ensure you are on the tab for the Parcel (it may not be the primary tab in the pop-up, depending on active layers on the map).
- Click See Actions button on the Parcel popup
- Select Buildable Area Analysis under Asset Tasks. This will bring up the Buildable Area Analysis form for the single parcel.
Alternatively, you can run Buildable Area Analysis for a single parcel from the Parcels table.
- From the Parcels tab, use the checkbox to select the parcel of interest
- Click See Actions on the right side of the Parcels table
- Select Buildable Area Analysis under Asset Tasks.
