Download UK Land Registry documents and view landowner information for land located in England and Wales.
After selecting the desired parcel and adding to your project, you can download UK Land Registry documents:
From the See Actions menu, select the UK Title Lookup option.
You can then choose which Land Registry documents to download and click Download Document(s).
The Land Registry documents will be downloaded to your local computer.
The available download credits are displayed. Additional credits can be purchased by contacting Client Services.
You can now view the Land Registry documents download status and other landowner information in the Parcel Table.
After selecting a parcel from the Parcel Table, view the Landowner Information and related documents by selecting the paper clip icon in the upper right corner of the app.
