Track site control status and agreement type
Easily view Site Control Status and Agreement Type in the parcels list and on your project map.
Applying Site Control Status applies coloring to the parcels on your project map and allows for filtering by status and/or agreement type on a project as well as in Portfolio View.
As an added bonus, this styling will appear when toggling on the Portfolio View-Parcels layer.

Not seeing these columns in your table? Add a status from the map (parcel pop-up) for a parcel and configure your columns. Once you've added these fields, they'll appear on every project.

From the Parcel table
Double-click the field under the Site Control Status column for the desired parcel and select the site control status from the drop down.
Bulk edit from the Parcel table
- Apply filter(s) or check the boxes next to the parcel names you'd like to update.
- Click the 3-dot menu to open the Bulk Edit modal.
- Use the dropdown menu to select the desired field and status. Click Update to apply changes.
From the map
- On the project map, click on the desired parcel.
- In the parcel details pop up, click the pencil icon.
- In the Edit Asset Details window, click/scroll over to the Land Details tab
- Select desired Site Control Status and/or Agreement Type values from dropdown. Selections will be saved automatically.
