Cable stickiness to cable tray
What: We have introduced a new functionality allowing users to choose their preferred cabling behavior. Users now have the flexibility to determine whether cabling should strictly follow the cable tray or take the shortest path.
How: This can be toggled between the options of strictly following the cable tray or opting for the shortest path.

Automated Cable tray sizing
What: After the cabling is completed, the cable tray sizes can be automatically adjusted by the software.
How: The user needs to select the "Auto-adjust width" option in the Cable tray modal, as shown below. This streamlines the process and ensures that the cable tray sizes are optimized based on the cabling layout. When the cabling is completed, the system automatically adjusts the width of the cable tray. For instance, if there are 6 cables, the cable tray width is adjusted to 60 mm. Similarly, if there are 15 cables, the cable tray width is set to 150 mm.
NOTE: We employ segments to expand the cable trays as more cables are connected along the route. To avoid the need to update each 10 mm cable tray segment individually, it will round the width starting from 100 mm. For instance, if there are 11 cables, the tray width should be set to 150 mm, not 110 mm. Similarly, for 16 or 18 cables, the width should be 200 mm, not 160 mm or 182 mm. If there are 21 cables, then the width should be 250 mm, and so on. For example, at the outset, with 2 cables, we use a 50 mm tray, but as we progress and connect 9 cables along this path, we upgrade to a 100 mm tray.
What: Although the automated sizing feature is available, users still have the option to manually update cable tray segments.
How: This can be done by marking the segments, accessing PVcase RM (presumably a dedicated module for managing cable trays), and selecting "Edit Cable Trays." Users can view and modify the values associated with the cable trays. In this case, the button is changed to "Update" to reflect the manual changes made.

Irradiance calculation
What: The irradiance shading percentage for a specific month period can now be calculated. This feature enables users to evaluate the amount of sunlight received by each module during that particular month. This information can be valuable for assessing the performance and efficiency of the solar installation.
How: This new feature can be found under the shading on the Shading Analysis tab, as shown below.
