When you search for parcels, you can choose to include contiguous parcels with the same owner whose total acreage meets your minimum acreage size in the search results.
How it works
Check the Contiguous Land with Same Owner box when running a parcel search.
For example, if you need 300 contiguous acres and check the box, the search will return 300-acre parcels or larger. It will also include scenarios like three contiguous 100-acre parcels from the same landowner. These parcels can be inside or outside the target search area, as long as they are contiguous and share an owner.
If you open the table, you can easily see the total combined acreage by owner the Total Contiguous Area with Same Owner column.
