Have an APN but need to locate the parcel? Use the APN search tools to locate a parcel based on the parcel ID/APN.
How it works
Search for parcels based on a known parcel ID/APN by simply toggling the map search input type to the APN setting:
- Click the magnifying glass search tool (right-side of the map, next to Map Tools)
- In the Search dropdown, select APN/PIN
- Enter the APN formatted as: APN,2-letter state abbreviation (e.g. "10-987-341,CO")
Important
Make sure you have the input formatted as noted above, otherwise if you just copy in the APN alone it will not complete the search. There is no space between the APN and state abbreviation.

APN/PIN search performed in a PROJECT will automatically add the parcel as an asset.
APN/PIN search performed in PORTFOLIO view will drop a marker at the parcel location.
Most parcel IDs (APN and PIN) are county specific IDs, so they can be reused even within the same state. This means you may expect to receive multiple results from one APN/PIN.
