Export a parcel-specific PDF report with detailed parcel info and results from the Buildable Area Analysis in the multi-page parcel report (PDF).
Run a Parcel report
You can run and export the Parcel Report for:
See the steps to follow in each case below.
All parcels on a project
Export all of the individual Parcel Reports from a project at once.
- While in a project, click the blue Export button near the top right.
- Select Parcel Reports in the dropdown menu
- In the Parcel Reports window, click Run
Once the reports have processed (this may take a few minutes), a zipped file for each parcel will download to your computer.
- Click to unzip the file and expand the folder to see the subfolders/files
A subset of parcels
There are two ways to export a report for a subset of parcels:
- From the map, using Map Tools
- From the Asset table, based on selection criteria
From the map
- Click Map Tools > Select by Polygon > Saved Assets and Drawings
The polygon tool will appear.
- Using your cursor, draw a polygon around the desired parcels.
Note
Don't worry about getting the entire parcel boundary in your polygon; as long as a portion of the parcel intersects with the polygon, the system will include it in the next step.

- The desired parcels will populate in the Map Selection Box.
- Click See Actions > Export Parcel Report.
- Click Run to run the report.
From the Asset Table
- On a project, go to the Parcels tab.
- Filter by the desired criteria or check the box next to each respective parcel to be included in the export.
- Select the filtered results by clicking the checkbox to the left of the table header
- Click See Actions > Export Parcel Report
- Click Run to run the report.
Single parcel
- From the project map, click on the desired parcel.
- In the Parcel pop-up, click See Actions and then Export Parcel Report
- Click Run to run the report.
