Overview
You can run and export the Parcel report for:
Content of the report
Each parcel report will include a ZIP file, containing the following:
- Two PNG images of the parcel: one reflecting buildable area analysis and the other parcel boundaries.
- PDF Report, which includes:
- Parcel metadata: landowner name, site address, mailing address, parcel ID/APN, county, etc.
- Image of parcel boundary on map
- Buildable Area Analysis breakdown: buildable acres, relative % of the original lot size, etc.
- Hazards: Each hazard is represented on its own page and includes an image reflecting each respective hazard, including hazards that were screened for but not found.

- Site layout (Layouts subscribers only)
Before exporting to the report, run the buildable area and permitting analyses, and site layout design to ensure their inclusion.
Important
Backwards Buildable Area Analysis Compatibility: The new PVcase Prospect Report is only compatible with Buildable area analyses run from 4/28/22 version onwards (BAA 3.0.0). If you want to export the report for a parcel where the analysis was generated prior, please re-run the analysis first before exporting the report.
