Export a subset of data from a project

Background

Export a subset of data from a larger project when only some of the data is needed.

This often comes in handy on larger projects where you may only want to:

  • Export data for one landowner from a larger project
  • Export only parcels with specific attributes (e.g. only 3-star rated parcels or only parcels that had > 40 buildable acres, etc.) 

Steps 

  1. Apply the desired filter to your project. To export only a subset of your project's data, you can apply filters before exporting. Alternatively, you can use the magnifying glass quick filter tool. This tool is located directly above the parcel name column.

  1. Export the desired file type. The KML, Shapefile, Excel/CSV, and screenshot/report exports will export a subset of data from a larger project when a filter has been applied. 

Currently, the Parcel report export formats do not pick up filtering applied on the project and will export the full list of parcels.
