Export screenshots

Overview 

There are two different screenshot settings:

• Automated report: Using this setting, you automatically create report images for each parcel and autofill basic parcel metadata
• Custom report: Using this setting, you take custom screenshots of the map and enter image title/description details (e.g. take a screenshot of the full project area, zoom in on a particular portion of a parcel, etc.) 

Export screenshots of parcels/project area

Open the screenshot export

1. On a project, go to the Export button
2. Select Screenshots

Automated report

This setting will run through all parcels on the project and will export a screenshot/slide for each parcel on a project as well as fill in the parcel name.

1. Select Automated project report
2. Hit the Run project report button

A PDF will download to your browser with the screenshots once complete. This may take a few minutes to run through all the parcels. 

You can also export a Export a subset of data from a project as a PDF report.

Custom report 

Take custom screenshots of the project map and input details about each image.

1. From the report menu, select Custom report

2. To fill in the Image Title and Image Description, double-click the fields in the top-left side of the report header
3. Take a screenshot of the map by clicking the blue camera icon
4. Repeat as needed
5. Click Export report to download PDF with screenshots
